Board and Auditor Decisions Finalized at Annual Meeting
On December 4, Alset Inc. held its 2025 Annual Meeting of Stockholders and checked off two major items: electing directors and confirming the company’s auditor for the coming year. The meeting was virtual, and participation was high—more than 95% of outstanding shares were represented either online or through proxy.
Seven board seats were up for election. All seven nominees were reelected and will continue serving until the next annual meeting or until their successors take over. Some directors received nearly unanimous support, reflecting strong shareholder alignment heading into 2026.
Audit Partner Ratified for 2025 Fiscal Year
In addition to the board vote, shareholders ratified HTL International, LLC as the company’s independent auditor for the 2025 fiscal year. That vote passed with similarly strong support and minimal opposition.
Participation figures show a total of 39,078,498 shares were eligible to vote, and 37,443,660 shares were represented at the meeting. That level of turnout gave the meeting a clear quorum and helped push both proposals through with ease.
Now that the votes are in, Alset moves into the new year with a renewed board and a confirmed financial oversight partner. These decisions put key governance pieces in place as the company continues to execute its plans and report results in 2025.
