Ashford Hospitality Trust Sets Q3 Dividends for Preferred Shareholders

Monthly and quarterly dividend payouts span multiple preferred stock series through October 2025.

Quarterly Dividends Locked for Series D through I


Ashford Hospitality Trust is delivering a new round of preferred dividends for Q3 2025, locking in payout schedules across both quarterly and monthly classes. If you’re holding preferred shares, here’s what to expect over the next three months.



For Series D, F, G, H, and I cumulative preferred stock, the company has declared quarterly dividends—each tied to the third quarter ending September 30. Those payments will hit on October 15. The breakdown is as follows:




  • Series D (8.45%): $0.5281 per diluted share

  • Series F (7.375%): $0.4609 per diluted share

  • Series G (7.375%): $0.4609 per diluted share

  • Series H (7.50%): $0.46875 per diluted share

  • Series I (7.50%): $0.46875 per diluted share



All payments apply to shareholders of record as of September 30, 2025.

Monthly Distributions for Series J through M


Ashford is also continuing monthly distributions across its Series J through M redeemable preferred shares. For Series J, investors will receive $0.16667 per share monthly, with payments scheduled for August 15 , September 15 , and October 15.



The Series K shares are grouped by CUSIP and come with three different rates:



  • $0.17500 per share

  • $0.17292 per share

  • $0.17083 per share


Each rate applies to a specific tranche and follows the same monthly payment schedule. Record dates fall at the end of the month prior— July 31 , August 29 , and September 30.



Series L and Series M follow suit with monthly payouts of $0.15625 and $0.16042 per share, respectively.



As of June 30, 2025 , the number of outstanding shares stood at:



  • 7,699,923 for Series J

  • 747,299 for Series K

  • 112,181 for Series L

  • 145,232 for Series M



These distributions keep regular cash flow moving to preferred shareholders—and make Ashford’s cadence clear for those tracking income.
