Leadership Changes at Delek Logistics
Leadership changes are underway at Delek Logistics Partners, LP. Effective February 12, 2025, Chief Financial Officer Reuven Spiegel has stepped into an expanded role as Executive Vice President of Delek Logistics. His transition out of the CFO position is set for March 1, 2025.
Spiegel has been with Delek Logistics since 2020, overseeing financial strategy and operations. He also serves on the board of the company’s general partner, a position he’s held since 2014. His background includes executive leadership at Israel Discount Bank, where he previously served as CEO. With experience across corporate finance and strategic planning, Spiegel is positioned to take on broader responsibilities within the company.
Executive Transition and Future Outlook
His appointment follows the departure of Odely Sakazi, who exited the company on February 12, 2025. As part of his separation agreement, Sakazi is eligible for a $229,000 severance package, distributed in four installments.
This transition signals a shift in leadership as Delek Logistics moves forward. The company has yet to announce a replacement for the CFO role, but Spiegel’s expanded position reinforces continuity at the executive level. His financial expertise and operational leadership will be key as the company navigates its next phase of growth.
