Delek Logistics Names New CFO Amid Succession Strategy
Delek Logistics is moving forward with a key leadership transition. As of April 1, Robert Wright has stepped into the role of Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at the Partnership. He’ll continue in his current role at Delek US Holdings until November 15, when he’s set to become Executive Vice President at the parent company as well. Through this phased transition, Delek is positioning Wright at the center of its financial leadership structure across both entities.
This move is part of a longer-term succession plan. Wright joined Delek in 2020 as Vice President and Corporate Controller and was promoted to his current role in early 2024. His background includes leadership roles at CVR Energy and over a decade at PwC, with responsibilities spanning North America and Australia. He holds both an MBA and a CPA designation, and brings a track record that aligns with Delek’s operational scale and structure.
Wright’s compensation package reflects the evolving scope of his role. He’ll earn a base salary of $450,000, increasing to $500,000 in mid-November when the second part of the transition takes effect. Bonus targets will shift from 60% to 75% of base salary, and long-term incentive awards will kick in at $500,000 annually. These changes are tied directly to the timing of his promotion. If that final step doesn’t happen by November 15, he has the option to resign and receive severance aligned with Executive Vice President terms, provided he makes that decision by March 31, 2026.
Mark Hobbs remains CFO of Delek US Holdings through this period, ensuring continuity across both platforms. There are no related party transactions or additional disclosures tied to Wright’s new role.
For Delek, this move strengthens leadership alignment between the two entities and keeps financial oversight moving in step with operational goals.
