Eagle Point Income Company has shared early estimates that give investors a clearer view of where the firm stood at the close of 2025. The update focuses on three key measures: net asset value per share, net investment income, and realized gains and losses
for the fourth quarter. All figures are unaudited and reflect management’s initial assessment ahead of finalized financial results.
As of December 31, management estimated that net asset value per share for the company’s common stock landed within a tight range in the low thirteen dollar area. That range captures the combined impact of portfolio performance, market pricing, and valuation inputs used at year end. The narrow spread points to limited movement in overall asset values during the quarter, even as credit markets continued to adjust to changing conditions.
The company also outlined expectations for quarterly earnings power. Net investment income for the fourth quarter was estimated to fall in the low to mid thirty cent range per share. This figure reflects income generated by the portfolio after expenses and remains a closely watched measure for shareholders focused on recurring income.
Alongside income estimates, Eagle Point projected a net realized loss for the quarter of roughly thirty cents per share. These results reflect portfolio activity during the period, including asset sales and other realizations shaped by market pricing and timing. For actively managed credit portfolios, realized gains and losses can shift meaningfully from quarter to quarter.
Management emphasized that all reported figures remain preliminary and subject to change as valuation work and accounting reviews are completed. Final results, along with deeper detail on portfolio drivers and market factors, are expected to be released with the company’s full financial reporting, offering a more complete view of performance heading into 2026.
