Inland Postpones Shareholder Meeting to Allow Review of New NAV

The delay gives investors time to assess the company’s updated valuation before voting on key proposals.

November 20, 2025

Meeting Paused, But Not Canceled

On November 19, Inland Real Estate Income Trust convened its 2025 Annual Meeting of Stockholders—but paused before moving forward. Even with quorum achieved, the company chose to adjourn the meeting to December 17. The reason: give stockholders time to review a new net asset value (NAV) estimate that will reflect Inland’s latest positioning as of September 30.

That NAV is expected to drop around December 8, giving shareholders just over a week to digest the numbers and cast informed votes on the proposals already on the table. The updated figure will be published via Form 8-K and posted online. For investors who prefer hard copies, printed versions will be available by request at no cost.

Voting Mechanics Remain in Place

This delay doesn’t change the terms of the vote. The record date— September 23 —still determines who’s eligible. And if you’ve already voted, you don’t need to vote again unless you want to change your decision. Proxies on file will carry through to the rescheduled meeting.

Ongoing Outreach During the Adjournment

Inland is actively reaching out to investors during this gap to keep momentum going. It has tapped Broadridge Investor Communication Solutions to support the solicitation effort and ensure a smooth lead-up to the vote.

What to Expect from the NAV Update

The company also flagged that the update includes forward-looking statements—standard for disclosures of this nature. While the NAV figure is key, it’s also shaped by market conditions and broader economic factors, all of which remain in play.

By timing the vote after the NAV release, Inland aims to keep shareholders fully informed—making sure decisions are grounded in the most up-to-date view of the company’s value and outlook.
