Agreement Renewal and Terms

KBS Real Estate Investment Trust III Inc. has announced the renewal of its advisory agreement with KBS Capital Advisors LLC, extending their relationship until September 2025. The partnership can continue beyond that date on a year-by-year basis if mutually agreed upon by both parties.

The renewed agreement, effective from September 27, 2024, maintains the same terms as the previous arrangement. Either party may terminate the agreement with 60 days’ written notice without penalty, giving both the company and its advisor flexibility. Furthermore, KBS REIT III reserves the right to terminate the agreement immediately in cases of cause or financial instability involving KBS Capital Advisors.
