KKR FS Income Trust brought in $125.6 million through the sale of more than 4.2 million Class I shares this month. The commitments were finalized on September 23, following investor agreements earlier in September.

This raise is part of the trust’s ongoing $5 billion private offering. So far, it has issued over 46.3 million Class I shares, collecting about $1.36 billion in proceeds. Subscriptions are taken on a continuous basis, with new capital accepted monthly.

The offering relies on Regulation D exemptions and is limited to accredited investors. That structure gives the fund flexibility to scale while meeting regulatory requirements.

As of August 31, the trust’s net asset value per share stood at $29.77. By September 2, total net assets reached roughly $1.27 billion. These numbers exclude any shares acquired through the reinvestment program.

Headquartered in Philadelphia and organized under Delaware law, the trust invests with an income focus. The steady fundraising pace is designed to expand its capital base, positioning it within the growing market for non-traded credit funds.
