KKR Infrastructure Expands Capital Base With New Private Equity Sale
KKR Infrastructure Conglomerate LLC raised $187 million in a recent private equity sale, finalized May 20, 2025. The capital came through a mix of Class I, Class S, and Class D shares, all sold as part of the company’s continuous private offering. These shares were issued to investors without registration, using exemptions for accredited and non-U.S. investors.
Class I shares made up the largest portion, bringing in $95 million. Class S shares followed with $89 million, and Class D shares added just under $3 million. Each share class was priced and finalized earlier in the month.
This raise is part of a broader capital strategy the company launched in June 2023. Since then, KKR Infrastructure has sold around $4.05 billion in shares. These funds allow the company to keep expanding its infrastructure portfolio without interruption.
Capital Momentum Across the K-Series Platform
The update also sheds light on the broader Infrastructure K-Series Platform, which includes this entity and other KKR-managed vehicles outside the U.S. On May 1, the full platform raised an additional $375 million. That brings the total capital raised across the platform to $6.56 billion.
Investors continue to allocate capital here with clear intent. KKR’s platform structure gives them access to a wide range of infrastructure assets while maintaining flexibility on how they deploy capital.
The company’s emerging growth status under SEC rules allows more room to scale before it’s required to comply with certain accounting standards. This regulatory framework supports the platform’s ability to move quickly and align with investor demand.
With this round closed, KKR Infrastructure has fresh capacity to pursue new infrastructure deals and deepen its platform reach. The structure is in place, the capital is in hand, and the momentum is clear.
