Latest NAV Update Offers Clear Pricing Across Share Classes
KKR Private Equity Conglomerate has updated its share class pricing, giving investors a fresh view into where the firm marked its net asset values (NAVs) at the end of November. These figures, finalized on December 19 and published through an SEC filing on December 22, set the prices at which the company buys and sells shares across all active classes.
Class G and Class H shares came in at the top of the pricing range, each valued at $34.51. Class F followed just behind at $34.50. On the other end of the spectrum, Class R-U shares were priced at $32.23. The remaining classes landed in a narrow range between those figures, with Class I and Class R-I shares each priced just under $33, and Class D, Class S, Class U, and Class R-D all falling between $32.53 and $32.73.
KKR did not report any outstanding shares for Class R-S or Class E during this period, so those were excluded from the update.
Why These Numbers Matter
These NAVs serve a critical purpose: they’re the reference points for all purchase and redemption activity. Investors use them to gauge current pricing and assess portfolio positions. The update gives clients a clear, timely snapshot of valuation, while also reinforcing KKR’s approach to transparency.
The company directed readers to its website for additional context but made clear that online content does not form part of the official report. Instead, those looking for more granular detail can turn to Exhibit 99.1 , which includes the full NAV breakdown by class.
This kind of update helps keep investors aligned with where pricing stands—whether they’re allocating new capital, managing existing positions, or rebalancing portfolios. The clarity provided by class-by-class NAVs allows for quicker decision-making and sharper execution. For firms managing complex portfolios across multiple share classes, these data points are essential tools for staying in sync with fund-level changes.
