Leadership Changes Take Effect in August
Big changes are underway at Mobile Infrastructure Corporation. Starting August 1, 2025, Stephanie Hogue—currently the company’s President—will take on the role of Chief Executive Officer. At the same time, Manuel Chavez III, who has led the company as CEO, will shift into a new role as Executive Chairman of the Board.
This transition signals a streamlined leadership structure, keeping continuity at the top while setting the company up for its next chapter. Hogue brings a proven track record to the role. Since joining in 2021, she’s held multiple senior positions—including CFO, Treasurer, and Corporate Secretary—while also serving on the Board. Her experience spans corporate finance, operations, and leadership at firms like PwC Corporate Finance and Bombe Asset Management.
The announcement was made on the same day as Mobile Infrastructure’s 2025 annual stockholder meeting, where shareholders re-elected all six board nominees. Hogue and Chavez will continue on the Board, joined by David Garfinkle, Danica Holley, Damon Jones, and Jeffrey B. Osher. Each director will serve through the 2026 meeting.
Strategic Moves from the Board
Alongside the leadership update, Mobile Infrastructure launched two key initiatives:
- Formation of an Investment Committee: The Board approved the creation of a new Investment Committee, appointing Chavez as Chair. This adds a structured layer to investment oversight as the company scales its operations.
- Dividend Declaration:
The company announced June dividend payments for its preferred stockholders:
- $4.791 per share for Series A Preferred Stock, payable around July 14, 2025 to holders of record as of June 29, 2025
- $4.583 per share for Series 1 Preferred Stock, payable on the same date to holders of record as of June 24, 2025
Future dividend decisions remain at the discretion of the Board , and will depend on financial conditions and other strategic considerations.
With these updates, Mobile Infrastructure is reinforcing its leadership bench and tightening its operational focus. Investors and stakeholders can expect continued alignment around growth, governance, and return of capital.
