August Distributions Declared, Payments Issued Next Day

RREEF Property Trust declared its August 2025 distributions on September 2, with payments going out the next day. Shareholders across all classes of common stock are set to receive a base distribution of $0.07495 per share —but what actually lands in their accounts depends on the share class they hold.

The mechanics are straightforward. For classes like D, M-I, N, and Z, the gross and net distributions are the same. These shares don’t carry any dealer manager or distribution fees, so investors in those classes will see the full amount. But for others—Class A, I, T, and T2—fees come out first.

  • Class A:$0.06317 per share

  • Class I:$0.06902 per share

  • Class T:$0.06392 per share

  • Class T2:$0.06541 per share

These differences aren’t random. They reflect how each share class is structured, including how distribution and sales costs are allocated. For investors, that means the class they choose directly affects their monthly return—even when the gross number is the same across the board.

What This Means for Shareholders

This update is part of RREEF’s regular distribution cycle. The company continues to issue monthly payments, giving shareholders a reliable income stream tied to their real estate investment. Timing matters too: these distributions were declared and processed just a day apart, keeping things moving quickly.

For investors tracking yield or managing income from REITs, these kinds of class-level updates provide key clarity. They’re a reminder that the details—like fee structure—can shape what ultimately hits your account. In a market where small differences add up, that kind of visibility helps investors stay informed and act with precision.
