Distributions Announced for All Share Classes
RREEF Property Trust has announced its monthly distributions for March 2025, with payments issued across all common stock classes. These distributions, declared on April 1 and paid out the following day, reflect a consistent approach to shareholder returns while accommodating fee differences tied to each share class.
Each class will receive the same gross distribution— $0.07496 per share. But what investors ultimately take home depends on the structure of their share class. Class A shareholders, for example, saw deductions totaling $0.01181, resulting in a net distribution of $0.06315. Class T shareholders faced the largest reduction at $0.01268, with a final payout of $0.06228 per share. Class I and Class T2 came in at $0.06896 and $0.06535 respectively, after their own smaller deductions.
Fee-Free Classes Receive Full Payouts
On the other end, Class D, Class M-I, Class N, and Class Z investors will receive the full gross distribution. These classes carried no dealer manager or distribution fees, allowing shareholders to collect the full amount declared.
Tailored Structure for Varied Investor Strategies
By separating out these fees by share class, RREEF is able to deliver consistent income while adapting to different investor preferences. The model supports a range of investment strategies—whether clients are focused on cost efficiency, yield maximization, or access to a specific share structure.
Execution and Timing
All of this was finalized and signed by the company’s Chief Financial Officer, Eric Russell, confirming the declaration and execution of the distributions. The rapid turnaround—approval on April 1 and payment by April 2—reflects the trust’s operational discipline in meeting shareholder expectations.
The trust remains privately held, with no shares listed on public exchanges. Its ongoing distribution process, however, is designed for consistency and clarity, giving investors dependable visibility into monthly cash flows.
