Redwire Brings in Two Veteran Executives as Board Members

Redwire has made two strategic additions to its board. Michael Greene and Ray Wallander joined as directors on July 11, 2025, filling the seats left by Les Daniels and Michael Bevacqua, who stepped down the same day.

These appointments weren’t incidental—they’re tied to the company’s broader investor relationships. Greene’s appointment follows the company’s updated Investor Rights Agreement from June, which includes key backers like AE Red Holdings, Genesis Park, and Edge Autonomy. Wallander comes in through a separate investment agreement with BCC Redwire Aggregator dating back to 2022.

Greene takes on the role of Class II director, with his term running through the 2026 stockholders meeting. He brings deep operational and investment experience from AE Industrial Partners, where he’s currently Co-CEO and Managing Partner. Before that, he held leadership roles at UBS, where he helped build their debt and equity investment platforms.

Wallander joins as a Class III director, with a term through 2027. He leads Maxwell Bay Advisors, a firm focused on independent board work and strategic consulting. His background spans public boards, private equity, and legal counsel—giving him a well-rounded view of corporate governance.

Both directors will be paid according to Redwire’s existing policy for non-employee board members. They’ve also signed the company’s standard indemnification agreements. Redwire confirmed there are no related-party connections requiring further disclosure.

By bringing Greene and Wallander onto the board, Redwire is aligning its leadership with long-term investor priorities—and reinforcing the governance foundation it needs as it moves forward. These appointments reflect a deliberate approach: strategic relationships, clear accountability, and board experience that supports the company’s next phase.
