April distributions locked in across all share classes
Starwood Real Estate Income Trust has locked in its April 2025 distribution, with a consistent gross payout of $0.1035 per share across all four common stock classes. But when you look at the actual amount hitting investors’ accounts, the numbers shift slightly depending on the share class.
Class I shareholders receive the full $0.1035. There’s no servicing fee baked in, so they get the gross amount with no deductions. For Class D, a servicing fee of $0.0043 brings the net distribution down to $0.0992 per share. Class T and Class S shares both carry a higher servicing fee— $0.0149 per share —so their net distribution comes in at $0.0886.
These distributions apply to shareholders of record as of April 30 and will be paid on or around May 5. Investors can choose how they want to receive them—either as a cash payout or reinvested directly into additional shares through Starwood’s distribution reinvestment plan.
Transparency and consistency in execution
This is part of Starwood’s ongoing monthly cadence. The company delivers predictable distributions while offering flexibility in how they’re received. The breakdown by share class gives investors a clear view of how servicing fees impact total returns, with every figure made transparent.
Whether shareholders take the cash or reinvest, the structure is built to support income generation while maintaining consistency in how distributions are calculated and delivered. The servicing fee differences reflect distinct features in each share class, but the process and timing remain uniform across the board.
For Starwood, it’s about making sure investors stay informed and up to date. By clearly posting distribution amounts and schedules, the company gives shareholders the data they need to track income flows and stay aligned with their investment objectives.
