December 2025 Distributions Announced
Starwood Real Estate Income Trust (SREIT) has announced its December 2025 distributions, outlining payments across its four classes of common stock. All classes will receive the same gross distribution, but the net payout varies based on the share class and its associated servicing fees.
Each class—Class I, D, T, and S—is allocated a gross distribution of $0.1035 per share. For Class I investors, that full amount hits their account. The other classes take on small servicing fees:
- Class D:$0.0042 fee → net distribution of $0.0993
- Class T:$0.0146 fee → net distribution of $0.0889
- Class S:$0.0147 fee → net distribution of $0.0888
The distribution is scheduled for stockholders of record as of December 31, 2025. Payments will go out on or around January 6, 2026, either as cash or automatically reinvested for investors enrolled in the company’s reinvestment plan.
What This Means for Investors
This breakdown gives investors a clear view into what they can expect to receive—and when. Starwood continues to report these figures regularly, keeping shareholders in the loop and allowing them to plan around scheduled income.
While the servicing fees vary by class, the uniform gross distribution highlights consistency across the product lineup. The structure also reinforces transparency in how distributions are calculated and delivered.
Whether investors choose to reinvest or take the cash, these monthly distributions serve as a key part of SREIT’s offering—and this latest announcement helps ensure investors can act accordingly, with clear figures and timelines.
