May distributions follow Starwood's established payout rhythm

Starwood Real Estate Income Trust is moving forward with its monthly distributions, announcing May payouts across all common stock classes. The numbers are in, and they reflect the company’s usual rhythm—clear, scheduled, and structured to accommodate the differences between share classes.

Each share class starts with the same gross distribution: $0.1035 per share. From there, servicing fees shape the final take-home amount:

  • Class I: No servicing fee; investors receive the full $0.1035.

  • Class D: $0.0044 fee; net distribution is $0.0991.

  • Class T: $0.0152 fee; net distribution is $0.0883.

  • Class S: $0.0153 fee; net distribution is $0.0882.

These distributions apply to shareholders of record as of May 30 and will be paid on or around June 4. Investors enrolled in the company’s reinvestment plan will receive additional shares instead of a cash payout.

Distribution mechanics offer structure and flexibility

The structure here is straightforward. Gross distributions remain consistent, while servicing fees vary by class, impacting net yield. Investors can expect their payouts on schedule, with the flexibility to receive them as cash or reinvested equity—whichever fits best within their strategy.

Starwood’s consistent cadence in issuing these monthly distributions helps shareholders stay aligned with their income targets, while the servicing fees ensure costs are allocated according to the features of each share class. The result is a reliable process that gives investors the transparency and control they need to stay on course.
