StratCap’s Advisor Forgoes September Management Fee to Support REIT Performance

StratCap Digital Infrastructure Advisors II, LLC has opted to waive $39,000 in management fees that were set to be paid by StratCap Digital Infrastructure REIT, Inc. for the month of September 2025. This covers fees accrued between September 1 and September 30 under the firm’s advisory agreement with the REIT and its affiliated operating partnership, SWIF II.

The move provides immediate cost relief for the REIT and reflects the advisor’s willingness to support operational flexibility when it counts. For a real estate investment trust focused on digital infrastructure, that kind of decision can have an impact—especially when balancing capital allocations or managing through market shifts.

Fee waivers like this one aren’t unusual, particularly for emerging growth companies operating under external advisory structures. Still, when an advisor steps back from collecting accrued compensation, it signals a clear decision to prioritize the REIT’s near-term financial profile. Lowering management expenses helps preserve cash and can ease pressure on performance metrics.

The company hasn’t registered any new securities or made any changes to its trading activity as part of this announcement. It remains designated as an emerging growth company and continues to apply an extended transition period for new accounting standards.

Focused on Digital Infrastructure Growth

StratCap Digital Infrastructure REIT is focused on assets that power data—fiber networks, edge facilities, and other infrastructure critical to digital operations. Its advisor plays a key role in guiding investment strategy, managing assets, and keeping long-term objectives on track. This fee waiver is one way it’s helping the REIT stay focused on those priorities.
