New York move and shareholder distributions mark latest steps as StratCap strengthens sponsor alignment.
June 10, 2025

New location, new capital, and a new round of distributions
StratCap Digital Infrastructure REIT is making moves—literally and financially. The firm has relocated its headquarters to 30 Rockefeller Plaza in New York City, while also announcing fresh shareholder distributions and a new capital infusion from its sponsor.
Starting July 1 and running through September 30, shareholders will receive daily gross distributions of approximately $0.00148 per share. These distributions will be paid monthly in arrears. Servicing fees may apply depending on the class of shares held. Investors can choose to reinvest their distributions in shares of common stock or receive cash, based on their account preferences.
This structure offers stockholders a consistent stream of returns over the quarter while allowing flexibility in how those returns are handled. StratCap’s board of directors approved the full schedule and payment structure on June 5.
Sponsor backs strategy with $2.4 million commitment
The distribution announcement isn’t the only headline. StratCap’s sponsor, StratCap Investment Management, has added to its position in the REIT by purchasing 237,826 Class I shares at a price of $10.2370 per share. That brings in roughly $2.4 million in new capital, officially received on June 6.
Following this investment, the sponsor’s total stake includes nearly 499,000 Class I shares and 24,024 Class IX shares. The added equity strengthens the sponsor’s alignment with StratCap’s long-term goals and sends a clear signal of support for the firm’s direction.
Strategic moves position StratCap for continued growth
These updates reflect StratCap’s commitment to expanding its footprint and reinforcing its investor relationships. The move to New York puts the company in a key financial hub, providing greater proximity to capital markets and industry partners. At the same time, the sponsor’s added investment signals continued confidence in StratCap’s ability to scale its digital infrastructure platform.
For stakeholders, the takeaway is clear: StratCap is setting itself up to stay agile, aligned, and well-positioned in an evolving market.
