StratCap Investment Management Expands Equity Position in Affiliated REIT
On December 2, StratCap Investment Management committed an additional $2.6 million to StratCap Digital Infrastructure REIT, adding 256,410.2564 Class I shares to its holdings. The purchase price: $10.14 per share. The goal: reinforce support for a digital infrastructure strategy that continues to scale.
This brings StratCap Investment Management’s total investment to 2,007,309 Class I shares and 24,675 Class IX shares. It’s a move that strengthens alignment between sponsor and shareholders, while increasing the REIT’s financial capacity for growth.
The REIT focuses on assets powering the digital economy—data centers, fiber, wireless networks. With this new investment, it’s better positioned to act on opportunities quickly, whether that means acquiring new assets or improving existing ones.
StratCap Digital Infrastructure REIT remains an emerging growth company. It’s not publicly traded, and operates out of its New York office at 30 Rockefeller Plaza. Oversight and execution are led by its board and CFO Michael Weidner, who signed off on the transaction.
Digital infrastructure is evolving fast. That’s why continued capital support matters. This investment reflects the sponsor’s long-term view and commitment to backing the REIT’s expansion. As the demand for connectivity grows, the REIT has more flexibility to respond, invest, and deliver.
